I opened this checking account and fulfilled all of the conditions of the promotion. I received the $25 for surrendering old bank materials; the $50 for direct deposit; but not the $50 for performing my electronic bill pay transactions. I have written a letter to the bank, and I have spoken with a bank rep on the phone about my last $50. I was promised an investigation and a callback, but this has not occurred. I may need to call again or visit the branch in person a few times before I can claim my $50 as promised.
I find that Banco Popular has difficulty honoring this promotion completely.
